I just had a hip replacement and Vitamin C can be taken up to 1000mg x 3 a day for speedy healing of bones, skin and muscles.

I am a ongoing user of this product and It is a very good choice for me.It was the first time I had purchased from the Dolphin fitness site,there price was excellent and no postage charge and fast delivery which made it good value all round. Would highly recommend the product and Dolphin fitness.
